Promise and Guarantee：

To provide top quality mens hairpiece with full customer satisfaction has been and will always be our company mission. We have delicate and the most advanced craftsmanship as the foundation of our company. Our strict Quality Assurance procedure from raw material to final system ensures that each and every piece toupee is made matching ONE top quality standard. We also do final quality check prior to each shipment. When you receive our toupee, we are always here to assistant and help if you have any issues.

Custom hair system：
Custom made systems are non-returnable and non-fundable unless the system is made in a wrong way. If the system is faulty, please don't alter in any way and send the unit to us for review accompanied with original hair samples, order form and mold. Then a repair or new system will be applied free of charge. 

Stock hair system：
All stock hair systems carry a 14 days guarantee against purchase for exchange or refund. If not satisfied, please return the systems in their original condition, which means the hair can not be washed, cut, permed or worn in any way. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any associated taxes and fees if applicable. All stock returns are charged a $15 restocking fee.

14 days counts from the date order was delivered to the date returned order was received by us.
